PURIFICATION FROM NAJÂSAH (IMPURITIES) The second condition of Salâh (prayer) is to be free from Najâsah (Impurities). Muslims should clean their bodies and clothing as well as the place on which Salâh (prayer) is performed, of any impurity that may prevent them from performing Salâh. Najâsah is of two kinds: 1.
