65 SALÂH (PRAYER) After having true faith in Allâh تعالــى and His prophet Muhammad ﷺ , the second and the most important pillar of Islâm is Salâh. Salâh is the sign of Îmân (faith). All the prophets informed their ummahs (nations) that Salâh is the most virtious form of Ibâdah (worship). The Fardh (obligatory) acts of Salâh are twelve. The Fardh (obligatory) acts, outside of Salâh are called Al-Shart (conditions) and those inside of Salâh are called Al-Rukn (the pillars).
