237 Dua When Entering the Toiletِ اَعُوذُ بِاللِّ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِث “Aûdhu billâhi min-a'l-khubthi wa'l-khabâ’ith” 42 Dua When Leaving the Toiletَ اَلْحَمْدُ ِِّ الّذ۪ى اَذْهَبَ عَنّا الَْذٰى وَعَافَان۪ى مِنْ ذٰلِك “Alhamdu lillâhi'l-ladhî adhhaba anna'l-adhâ wa âfânî min-dhâlik”. 43 If one repeats this dua regularly one will not be faced with any urinary or intestinal illnesses. One should enter a toilet or bath stepping in with the left foot and leave with the right foot. On the other hand, one should enter a house or mosque stepping in with the right foot and stepping out with the left foot. Dua to Read When One Has a Nightmare A person who sees a nightmare should read the Âyat (verses) from the Holy Qur’ân beginning with “Huwallâhulladhi...” till the end of the Sûrah (Al-Hashr) 42  Meaning: I seek the protection of Allâh from all evil and evil doers. 43  Meaning: Praise and Thanks be to Allâh who removed from me all the difficulty and gave me ease from its suffering.
