204 LAYLAH AL-RAGHÂ’IB (THE NIGHT OF RAGHÂ’IB [WISHES] Rajab is the first of the three blessed months (namely, Rajab, Sha’bân and Ramadhân) and Laylah Al-Raghâ’ib is the first Friday night of Rajab (the Thursday night). On this blessed night, you should perform a Hajah Salâh (Salâh of Needs). This Salâh is performed between Maghrib and ’lsha Salâh in twelve rakahs marked by Salâm every two rakahs. The Niyyah (intention) for this Salâh should be as follows: "O Rabb (Lord)! For the sake of Rasûlullâh ﷺ , grant me Your Divine Grace, Forgiveness and Pleasure. Enroll me among your devoted worshippers. You save us from the troubles of this world and the Hereafter”. In the performance of this Salâh, in every rakah, read Sûrah Al-Fâtihah once, Sûrah Al-Qadr three times and Sûrah Al-lkhlas twelve times. After the completion of the twelve rakahs, read seven or seventy times Salâh Al- Ummiyyah, which read as follows: النّبِىِّ الُْمِّىِّ وَعَلٰى اٰلِه۪ ۽ ْاَللّهُمّ صَلِّ عَلٰىسَيِّدِنَا مُحَمّدٍ وَصَحْبِه۪ وَسَلِّم “Allâhumma salli ‘alâ sayyidinâ Muhammadini'n-Nabîyy- il ummiyyi wa ‘alâ âlihî wa sahbihî wa sallim”.
