ILM AL-HÂL

149 males call lqâmah before the beginning of a Fardh Salâh. After the completion of any Salâh by offering the Salâms, the following dua is read:َ اَللّهُمّ اَنْتَ السّـاَمُ وَمِنْكَ السّـاَمُ تَبارَكْت *ِ يَـا ذَا الْجَـاَلِ وَالِْكْرَام “Allâhumma, anta's-Salâm wa minka's-Salâm, Tabârakta yâ dha'l-Jalâli wa-l-ikrâm.” After this expression, the musallî reads Salawât upon the prophet ﷺ and recites the following Tasbîh:ُ سُبْحَانَ اللِّ وَالْحَمْدُ ِِّ وَلَ اِلٰهَ اِلّ اللُّ وَاللُّ اَكْبَر *ِ وَلَ حَوْلَ وَلَ قُوّةَ اِلّ بِاللِّ الْعَلِىِّ الْعَظ۪يم “Subhânallâhi, wa'l-hamdu lillâhi wa lâ-ilâha iIlallâhu wallâhu akbar, Wa lâ-hawla wa lâ-quwwata illâ billâhi'l- aliyyi'l-athim.” 30 Afterwards, one recites Âyah Al-KursÎ once 31 and then recites: Subhanallâh 33 times, Alhamdulilâh 33 times, Allâhu Akbar 33 times. Then the following expression of Takbîr Tahmîd and Tahlîl is recited: 30  Meaning: Glory be to Allâh, and praise be to Allâh, and there is none worthy of worship but Allâh and Allâh is the Greatest. And No strength and no power exist except with Allâh the most High, the Mighty. 31  Surah Al-Baqarah Âyah 255
