138 13. The congregation saying "Rabbanâ lakal hamd” while rising from the position of Rukû’ (bowing), 14. Saying both of these expressions when performing Salâh individually, 15. Reading the Tasbîh of "Subhâna Rabb’iyal-a’lâ” three times in the position of Sajdah (prostration), 16. Joining the fingers in the position of Sajdah (prostration), 17. During Sajdah, a male keeping the thighs away from the abdomen and his arms off the ground. 18. A female, however, lowers the body joining the abdomen with the thighs, 19. Placing the hands on the thighs in the sitting positions, leaving the fingers relaxed and apart, 20. During Tashahhud (the long sitting), a male sitting on the left foot while raising the right erect, 21. In the same position, a female sits upon her hipbones by putting one thigh over the other and bringing out the feet from below the right hip-bone, 22. Offering the Salâm (salutation) starting from the right, 23. In the final sitting (Qa’dah Al-Âkhirah), reading Salawât Al-Sharîfah upon the Prophet ﷺ
