ILM AL-HÂL

124 SÛRAH TABBATِ بِسْـــمِ اللِّ الرّحْمٰـنِ الرّح۪يم * مَۤا اَغْنٰىعَنْهُ مَالُهُ وَمَاكَسَبَۘ * تَبّتْ يَدَۤا اَب۪ىلَهَبٍ وَتَبّۘ * وَامْرَاَتُهُ ۘ حَمّالَةَ الْحَطَبِۚ *ٍۚ سَيَصْلٰى نَارًا ذَاتَ لَهَب * ف۪ىج۪يدِهَا حَبْلٌ مِنْ مَسَدٍ Transliteration: Bismillâhi'r-Rahmâni'r-Rahîm. Tabbat yadâ abî-lahabin wa-tabba. Mâ aghnâ ‘anhu mâluhû wa-mâ-kasaba. Sayaslâ nâran dhâta lahabin. Wamra’atuhû hammâlata'l-hatab. Fî jîdihâ hablun min masad. 16 16  Translation: In the name of Allah, the Absolutely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. Perish the two hands of Abû Lahab, and perish he! Neither his wealth benefited him, nor what he earned. He will soon enter a fire, full of flames, and his wife (as well) - the carrier of firewood. Around her neck is a rope of (twisted) fibre.
